The pursuit of fitness is more than just a physical challenge. Often the mental challenges are the most difficult to overcome.

It can be all to tempting to stay in bed on a cold morning, eat the same foods or justify to ourselves why another day isn’t going to matter and we’ll start tomorrow.

 

Tip: Start with the small battles. Rather than push for the big changes to everything at once, pick one or two areas you can immediately change and start there.

 

As these become habitual and you feel success, set your sights on the next area of change.

Each victory is a step closer to your fitness goals.
